Grateful Goddess Signature Service
Treat yourself like the Goddess you are! Session begins with an herbal foot soak while enjoying a cup of herbal tea. Next, you will experience dry body brushing, which helps encourage lymphatic flow and exfoliates your skin. Warm towels are used to wipe away any dead skin. Your body is now prepped to receive the benefits of a 60 minute therapeutic massage using custom blended, herbal infused organic oils. Session ends with choice of a head and scalp massage or a foot reflexology massage. Choose your theme-relaxation, detoxification, or stress reduction, and prepare to be indulged!
Chakra Clearing and Balancing Massage
The health of your chakra system plays a large role in your body's physical and mental health. Chakras are the energy centers of your body, and also portals of information. This session focuses on clearing and energizing the 7major chakras located on your physical body. Your massage will incorporate gemstone therapy, in the form of a heated, gemstone infused mat, aromatherapy blended to each chakra, and sound therapy, in the form of music toned to each of the 7 chakras. The intention of this session is to cleanse, balance, and energize your chakras, so they are functioning optimally for your body's best health.
Therapeutic/ Deep Tissue Massage
Therapeutic massage is designed to target specific areas of muscle tension in the deeper layers of tissue. These areas can be a result of chronic stress, repetitive use, or resulting from past injuries. Cupping and/or stones may be incorporated with client permission.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. The benefits of this modality are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, better sleep, and greater flexibility.
Connect with an Egyptian Goddess

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that uses a gentle laying-on of hands to cleanse and balance the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. Reiki has many benefits, which can include pain relief and a general sense of peace and well-being. Clients remain fully clothed and Reiki can be done on anyone, in any state of health.

Himalayan Salt Stone
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. I use Himalayan salt stones because not only do they release muscle tension, they gently exfoliate, and the salt has an ionizing effect which not only cleanses the body's electromagnetic field, it also neutralizes free radicals.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, prenatal massage helps release the pain and discomfort brought on by pregnancy. The benefits may include emotional support, relief of joint pain due to postural imbalance, improved breathing and relaxation.
Oncology massage
Clients with cancer have unique needs which must be addressed to make sure that massage is beneficial and supportive of their current state of health. I focus my attention on creating a gentle, nurturing environment while safely working on areas of pain or discomfort, relieving stress and offering support to the body and mind.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your hands, feet and ears, but most typically feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Clients report feeling both deeply relaxed and energized. In my practice, if you choose 60 minutes, I will divide the time up between all three regions, with the major focus on the feet.
